Robert Smith is an experienced management and personnel consultant with a particular interest in human communication. He is at the forefront of behavioural modelling and has a flair for developing others. Robert has a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Master Trainer of NLP. He is a registered psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP). He has acted as a consultant extensively in the UK, the USA, Europe and the Far East. He is the author of Up Your Aspirations, the application of NLP to negotiation.

Grovian metaphor is a therapeutic change technique created by New Zealander David Grove.
